What You Receive

Everything set up. Nothing to figure out.

We did the configuration work so you do not have to. Every BotBox ships with these included regardless of tier.

Pre-imaged hardware

Ubuntu Server LTS, OpenClaw, and all dependencies installed and tested before the box ships. Power on, plug into your network, done.

3 workflows for your business type

We load the workflow pack that matches your industry before shipping. Small biz ops, agency, or local services. Select during checkout.

Browser-based setup page

Open the local setup page from any browser on your network. Enter your API keys, connect Gmail or Slack, toggle workflows on. Under 30 minutes.

Security-first default config

No marketplace plugins, no third-party extensions. OpenClaw runs with only the integrations you explicitly enable. Your credentials stay on the device.

30-minute onboarding call

After setup, we spend 30 minutes on a call walking through what each workflow does, how to read the logs, and how to enable or disable things.

30 days of post-setup support

Something is not running right in week two? Email us. We respond within one business day and will remote in if needed. No ticket queue.

Workflow Packs

Three workflows loaded before it ships.

Select your business type during checkout. We load the matching pack. You can swap workflows at any time after setup.

1

Daily Briefing

Every morning at 8am, pulls your inbox priorities, calendar for the day, and any flagged items from the previous day. Delivered to your email as a plain-text summary.

2

Weekly KPI Snapshot

Connects to your CRM or Google Sheets and emails a one-page summary of your key numbers every Monday morning before you start your week.

3

Lead Watcher

Monitors a lead source you define, checks for new entries on a schedule, and sends you a Slack or email alert when something comes in. No more logging in to check.

+

More packs being added monthly

Care plan subscribers get access to new workflow packs as they ship. Suggest a workflow and we will build it if three or more customers request it.

1

Client Status Digest

Pulls open tasks from ClickUp or Notion, groups them by client, and sends your team a morning status update so everyone starts the day on the same page.

2

Deadline Alert

Scans your project management tool for anything due in the next 48 hours. Sends a Slack message to the assigned team member and cc's the account owner.

3

New Lead Intake Router

When a form submission hits your inbox, the workflow parses the details, creates a CRM record, and sends the lead a 15-minute booking link within 2 minutes.

4

Utilization Report

Weekly summary of hours logged by project versus budget. Connects to Harvest, Toggl, or your time tracking tool and emails it every Friday afternoon.

1

Appointment Confirmation

24 hours before each appointment, the workflow fires a confirmation email with the service details, address, and a reschedule link. Zero manual sends.

2

Review Request

Two days after a completed job, sends the customer a personalized review request linking directly to Google. Timing and message are configurable.

3

Weekly Revenue Summary

Connects to your booking or payment system and emails a summary of jobs completed, revenue collected, and outstanding invoices every Monday morning.

4

No-Show Follow-Up

When an appointment is marked as a no-show in your system, the workflow waits one hour then sends a reschedule link with a friendly message.

1

Morning Pipeline Briefing

Pulls every deal in your CRM that has not had an activity in 5+ days and emails your team a prioritized follow-up list before 8am.

2

Proposal Sent Follow-Up

48 hours after a proposal is sent, the workflow fires a follow-up email to the prospect and logs the activity in the CRM automatically.

3

Closed-Won Handoff

When a deal closes, creates the project record in ClickUp, notifies the ops team in Slack, and sends the client a welcome email with next steps.

4

Weekly Win/Loss Summary

Every Friday, pulls deal data from the CRM and emails leadership a plain-text summary of deals won, lost, and still active for the week.

You provide your own API keys and pay for model usage directly — typically $20–$50/month depending on workflow volume. We do not bundle tokens. You control your spend and can see exactly what runs and when.

Questions

Things people ask before ordering.

No. The entire setup happens through a browser page on your local network. You open it, enter your API keys for the tools you want to connect, toggle on the workflows, and that is it. We designed the target as under 30 minutes for someone who has never run a server before.
An API key is a password-like code that lets the BotBox talk to services like Gmail, OpenAI, or Slack on your behalf. You get them from each service's settings page, usually under "Developer" or "API." The setup guide walks through where to find each one, step by step, with screenshots.
Yes, but it uses very little power — about 10 to 15 watts, roughly the same as a phone charger. It sits quietly on your desk or in a cabinet, runs silently, and does not need a monitor or keyboard after setup. You can shut it down when you go on vacation and it picks back up when you turn it on.
It is a live 60 to 90 minute screen share. We connect each integration together, test that the workflows fire correctly, show you how to read the logs, and walk through what happens when something does not run as expected. We do not hang up until everything is confirmed running.
For a typical small business running three workflows, you are looking at $20 to $50 per month in API costs, billed directly from OpenAI or whichever model provider you use. We do not mark this up or bundle it. You see exactly what each workflow costs and can set spend limits in your API account settings.
Yes. From the browser setup page you can enable or disable any workflow, change schedules, and update which accounts are connected. Adding a workflow from a different pack is available to care plan subscribers. Custom workflows can be built as a standalone service.
Hardware orders include a 90-day warranty. If the device fails within 90 days of delivery, we replace it at no cost. Software-only orders (BYOD) are non-refundable once the setup scripts and workflow files have been delivered, which typically happens within 24 hours of purchase.
